#111 Lebanese Cooking Date: Monday, March 27
Prepare a traditional, simple and delicious Lebanese supper with Sonia El Chazal, owner Savory Maza! Hummus, mijudra, manaish, salad, and meghli (dessert).
COOKING CLASSES….. Eat, LEARN and Enjoy! Students will have the opportunity to enjoy the food, while learning the tricks of the area’s best chefs…recipes included. Location: First Presbyterian Church Kitchen Start Time: 6:30 PM The fee for each cooking class is $35.00. Classes limited to 10.
