Join us on a Yoga Hike to Little Starrucca Viaduct Ravine and Buck’s Falls

On Saturday October 20th at 10am Rail-Trail will be gathering at the Starrucca Trailhead, off of Little Ireland Road in Starrucca for a Yoga Hike to Little Starrucca Viaduct Ravine. Don’t let the extra travel time deter you from joining us. This section of the D&H Rail-Trail is truly a gem and will not disappoint. Improvements to this section of trail were completed last fall and offer users an easier and more scenic journey up and down the beautiful ravine.

We will begin our hike by joining Tiffany Debish, of Studio Be. Yoga, as she leads us in a slow and meditative yoga, focused on breath awareness and proper alignment. After we will hike south to the ravine (about a mile). There we will be treated to another session of yoga while enjoying the scenic views from atop the ravine and if we are lucky some beautiful fall foliage.

This hike will be around 2.5 miles round trip and rated moderate, with a few steep climbs.

All are welcome to join. Dress appropriately, where sturdy sneakers or boots, bring water, snacks, use tick and bug spray and sunscreen!

We ask for a $5 donation for Yoga.
