Mountain View Garden Club Meeting

The April meeting of the Mountain View Garden Club will be held on the 21st at the Clifford Fire Hall at 7:00. Master Gardener Phyllis Reinhart will be doing a presentation on flowers for pollinating. The meetings are open to the public.

The garden club provides book scholarships each year to a graduating senior from both Mountain View and Forest City High Schools. The student must be enrolled in a college or university or certificate program to pursue his or her interest in a career related to the environment, land, horticulture or ecology. Some of the many possible majors include agriculture, forestry, biology and landscape architecture. Application forms are available in the guidance departments of both schools.
