Chef Donna Vannan from Terra Preta Restaurant will be sharing her secrets for delicious meat-free sides and accompaniments for your holiday party. Vegan and vegetarian food can be delicious when made with local seasonal foods. She will prepare roasted root vegetable, roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potato brûlée and cranberry relish. Wow guests this holiday with farm fresh additions to any main course!
