Chef Paula Lamberton will demonstrate the art of making mozzarella & ricotta from milk, to curd, to cheese. She will also prepare some appetizers using the fresh cheese & a few simple ingredients.
Time: 6:30 PM Cost: $35 Maximum of 10 Students
