Session 2– 4 Thursdays, April, 7, 14, 21, 28
Release your body & mind from physical & psychological pressures. Newcomers & those with prior yoga experience are welcome. Explore progressive relaxation, breath awareness & postures with Eileen Harte, certified registered yoga instructor. Bring yoga mat.
Location: Everything Natural Session 1 5:30-7:00 PM
