#113 What’s not to love about Gnocchi!
Date: Thursday, April 27
Chef Paula Lamberton will demonstrate how to make Gnocchi two ways – Potato or Ricotta. She will also make 3 different quick sauces to complete the package.
COOKING CLASSES….. Eat, LEARN and Enjoy! Students will have the opportunity to enjoy the food, while learning the tricks of the area’s best chefs…recipes included. Location: First Presbyterian Church Kitchen Start Time: 6:30 PM The fee for each cooking class is $35.00. Classes limited to 10.
