OH LA LA! FRANCAIS #104
Date: Thursday,November 10
Chef Sara McCully of State Street Grill transports us to France. The evening will begin with Salade Lyonnaise featuring poached egg & crispy bacon lardons with a lemon dijon dressing. Following this will be a classic Provencal Bouillabaisse stew, featuring shrimp, clams, & mussels. We will wrap up the trip with Crème Brulee, the traditional French dessert. Come abroad tonight with us! Register by November 3

The fee for each cooking class is $35.00.
