Invitation from the Clifford Township Historical Society (CTHS)

On Sunday August 21st, from 1:00pm-4:00pm, the Clifford Township Historical Society (CTHS) invites visitors to experience local history first hand at its three township sites. Spend the afternoon with CTHS docent-members as they relate true stories about this area’s great history. See, read, and learn from an ever-growing collection of artifacts about the people who founded this region.
The ‘Museum of Local History,’ which also houses the new ‘General Store,’ is located inside the Community Center building on Cemetery Street in Clifford (just off Rt. 106). The “Baptist Church’ is on nearby Church Street in Clifford, and the ‘Hoover School’ is just two miles away on St. Rt. 2014.
Admission is free, and each site is handicap accessible.
