A SILENCE RETREAT at the Self Discovery Wellness Arts Center in Montrose

A SILENCE RETREAT will be held for the day at the Self Discovery Wellness Arts Center in Montrose.
This day journey of relaxation and introspection will include periods of silence, guided reflections and meditations, movement, journaling and a vegetarian lunch. Arrival is at 9:30 and conclusion is at 5:00pm.

Self Discovery Wellness Arts Center offers instruction in yoga, meditation, energy healing and the art of relaxation and personal growth. It is located at 200 Lake Avenue, Montrose.
