Reflections of Fall Festival 1999

Reflecting on Elk Mountain Fall Festival 1999 and looking forward to Fall Festival 2000 scheduled for October 7th & 8th. Rail-Trail joins the festivities with a booth open both days, a Benefit Brunch on Sunday from 8AM until noon, and a Mountain Bike Ride beginning at 10AM Sunday from Elk’s Picnic Lodge.
